AE Industrial buys AC&A, maker of parts and tools for aerospace/defense sector

Private equity investor AE Industrial Partners, LLC acquired AC&A, LLC, which produces composite and metallic parts for the aerospace/defense and specialty automobile industries. Based in Lake Forest, California, AC&A is AEI’s third platform acquisition in the last year, after Belcan, LLC and Kellstrom Materials.
