AerSale confirmed today that it entered a purchase agreement to take on 24 Boeing 757-200 passenger aircraft. All of the jets come with Rolls-Royce RB211-535 series engines. Additionally, 16 spares form part of the deal.

AvAir, a market-leading supplier of inventory management systems for the aviation aftermarket, and Lufthansa Technik have extended their long-term aftermarket sales partnership. This supplement covers a second significant material takeover. The two firms established their first deal in 2020, when AvAir acquired approximately 9,000 line items from Lufthansa Technik's global material pools. The Arizona-based business has added another 9,000 airplane components to its inventory.
