Middle Eastern carrier Gulf Air has received its first Airbus A320neo, following a delivery flight from Toulouse. The aircraft (A9C-TA) is the first to be handed over to a flag-carrier in the region, says Gulf Air. Gulf Air has completed a sale and leaseback agreement with SMBC Aviation Capital for six Airbus A320neo aircraft.Bahrain-based Gulf Air has 12 A320neos on order, with the first already in service.
