Alaska Airlines and American Airlines expanded their relationship Thursday, announcing a new "West Coast international alliance" that's designed to appeal to business travelers in the tech industry. Airline officials said the new arrangement includes the ability for travelers to earn and use miles on both Alaska and American, starting this spring, and grant access to each carrier's airport lounges....

JetBlue Airways on Tuesday said it swung to a loss in the second quarter and forecast that revenue will fall by about 80% in the third quarter as the coronavirus pandemic promises a choppy recovery in travel demand. The New York-based airline carried just 616,000 passengers in the three months ended June 30, down more than 94% from the 11 million who flew JetBlue in the same period last year. Qatar Airways has announced a codeshare partnership with Deutsche Bahn (DB) the German railway operator, offering its passengers connections to and from eight key destinations in Germany, according to a press release issued by the airline.
