American Airlines has signed a firm order with Embraer for three new E175s. The aircraft will be operated by American's wholly owned subsidiary, Envoy Air. Boeing and Japan's Skymark Airlines today announced the airline's plan to add up to 12 737 MAX airplanes as part of its fleet modernization efforts.
