The partnership with LeaseWorks® will enhance Irish Lessor’s Asset Management, Technical, Contract, and, Finance capabilities.
Airborne Capital managed its aircraft portfolio through several systems to handle and share critical asset information. Airborne Capital has fifty-eight aircraft in its portfolio. The company is scaling its potential and needs an automated system that can hold its technical, contract, and financial processes for asset management to work efficiently.
The market for off-the-shelf solutions with an adaptable framework to accommodate and enhance the business’s rapid growth is soaring. LeaseWorks’ Aeris Asset management platform is the all-in-one solution to meet these required automations.
Donna Marie O’Neill, Head of Operations at Airborne, said that Aeris Asset management software is the best platform to address and enhance all the requirements at Airborne. “Managing customer portfolios through spreadsheets and depending on manual processes hinders the potential for scaling a platform. LeaseWorks® software enabled us with the right combination of cloud, mobile accessibility, and easy user experience.”
LeaseWorks’ Aeris Asset helped Airborne at:
Information transparency with easily accessible lease and asset information
Reduced risk of errors
Timely and accurate operational transactions
Streamline portfolio management by replacing manual processes and spreadsheets
Archana Sukumar, Customer Success Manager at LeaseWorks®, stressed the importance of standardized data entry processes. Archana and her team worked closely with Airborne to gather and document processes, customizing the system’s configuration to meet the lessor’s specific requirements.
“The implementation and assistance was best-in-class at LeaseWorks. Now we are able to automate our invoicing and on-demand management reports, said O’Neill.”
Utilizing the flexibility of the Aeris Asset platform, Airborne implemented an approval process across third-party service providers. Additionally, Airborne implements easy-to-configure, profile-level restrictions, sharing information with external users and investors. As a result, Airborne can now provide better accountability and transparency to its financial investors.
“We will continue to strengthen our partnership with Airborne through collaboration and adapting to various products and solutions to meet their evolving needs.”
