ENAV wins contract for control tower modernisation at Tripoli Airport

Italian air navigation services provider ENAV has won a contract from the Libyan Civil Aviation Authority to modernize equipment in the control tower at Tripoli International Airport. Under the contract, ENAV will deliver and deploy three new workstations for air traffic controllers. The company will also be responsible for the integration and deployment of ground-air-ground and ground-ground communication systems, as well as the infrastructure for data and wireless networks. The new technical and operational infrastructure will provide all services required for air navigation. It is intended to ensure full operation and safety of the airport.
