Birmingham Airport in the UK has rolled out a new service for departing travelers that allow passengers to access flight updates through Facebook Messenger. The airport has incorporated its flight update service known as Flight Smart to Facebook messenger following its success through Twitter, launched last year. To get the latest updates about flights, travelers need to send their flight number to the Flight smart messenger page, which quickly provides live flight updates directly to their mobile & tablet devices.
