London Southend Airport in the UK has estimated that the £10m project aimed at upgrading the durability and performance of the airstrip will last for three months. Stobart Group owns and operates London Southend Airport, Stobart Air and Stobart Aviation Services. The airport will be closed to aircraft for the next three months to enable contractors to execute the planned work safely. The latest upgrade is part of the strategic investment plan to support increased aircraft movements expected to create more jobs.
