On Thursday, Republic Airways' bankruptcy attorneys filed a motion for the judge to approve an agreement with Delta Air Lines that includes major concessions.Subject to approval at an April 14th hearing, this agreement provides for the timely wind down of the company's ERJ-145 aircraft operations.It also settles an outstanding lawsuit where Delta Air Lines sought major damages for alleged breach of contract.Republic Airways trades for a fraction of its equity value recently reported, although the lawsuit settlement will bring this figure lower.
