Saudi Airlines Chooses Informatica to Improve Customer Service

Saudi Airlines has chosen Informatica, an enterprise cloud data management company, to help modernize its data strategy and transform the customer experience to achieve the region's ambitious growth goals. With Informatica's Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Saudi Airlines can reinvent data management and development.

The Saudi Vision 2030, which intends to diversify the economy and improve public service industries, includes tourism as a key component. The campaign attempts to promote Saudi Arabia as a high-end tourist destination, leveraging the country's hundreds of miles of pristine coastline along the Red Sea. As a national carrier, Saudi Airlines, is a vital element of this goal. It will handle the increase in visitors to 100 million per year within the next five years.
