Summer's flying high after aerospace award win

HER grandfather flew planes and her dad is a marine pilot so it's no wonder Summer Palmer wants to become an aerospace engineer. Summer said she was "very surprised" after she won the Female Aerospace Student Award at the annual Aerospace Education Awards which were presented by Queensland Minister for Training and Skills Yvette D'Ath. The $4500 prize will go towards her four-year aerospace engineering course at Monash University.
