United Airlines opens flight training centre in Colorado, US

United Airlines has opened its single-site flight training centre in Denver, Colorado, US, to provide training to pilots and other employees.The training facility houses more than 30 full flight simulators representing all of United’s fleet types.The airline said that approximately 12,000 pilots attend its flight training centre for new and recurrent training.Additionally, the facility provides training to pilots for more than two dozen other airlines and government agencies.In addition to pilot training, the facility accommodates flight attendants and maintenance technicians for emergency training and other activities.
