Verizon taps GE, EMC veteran Bhagat as its Enterprise Solutions CIO

Verizon has appointed GE and EMC IT alumnus Vic Bhagat as CIO of the telco’s Enterprise Solutions unit. Bhagat will drive technology strategy and align IT with corporate objectives across Verizon Enterprise Solutions with an eye on driving efficiency. As part of his role, Bhagat will lead a team that will create and deliver a new set of next-gen integrated enterprise services.
