Virgin Atlantic Flight VS20 from San Francisco to Heathrow requests priority landing 'due to unwell passenger'

A Virgin Atlantic pilot requested "priority landing" at Heathrow after a passenger on board fell ill. The pilot of the VS20 flight from San Francisco made the announcement after declaring there was a medical emergency at about 11am today. The airline tweeted: "Just to let you know this is a medical emergency due to an unwell passenger. "The flight is continuing on to Heathrow."
