Liquor Baron Vijay Mallya has pinned the blame on high fuel prices and taxation policies for the failure of Kingfisher airlines. Speaking at the United Breweries Holding Limited Annual General Meet, Mallya said Kingfisher Air turned out to be a nightmare for the country.
