Kosice airport is expecting its traffic figures this year to be hit by Wizz Air's decision to close its base there and cut three of its four routes from the Slovakian gateway. In early December, Alaska Air Group Inc. (ALK) announced it received antitrust approval from the U.S. Department of Justice and that it settled a lawsuit in U.S. District Court. These issues were the only things stopping the airline from closing on its acquisition of Virgin America. Alaska says the closing will come very soon and has previously said the acquisition will close by the end of 2016....
