Eve UAM, LLC ("Eve"), an Embraer S.A. ("Embraer") company, and Global Crossing Airlines Group, Inc. ("GlobalX") have signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to order up to 200 of Eve's electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL).
